Is there a way to recreate this Excel chart in Power BI? I was unable to figure it out in Power BI so I resorted to Excel to at least achieve the visual that I wanted, but I need the automation that Power BI provides. My struggle was creating the "part of a whole" type of bar chart where one series represents the original specific capacity of an asset (grey) and another represents the residual specific capacity (blue). My client also desires a % value that represents the % remaining from original specific capacity (blue/grey). I was forced to manually draw a secondary axis on the right side as the workaround in Excel for the blue series because it is essentially on a secondary axis already. I apologize if the screenshot is blurry, really looking to get some insight on how to make this work in Power BI.
Sounds like a job for Deneb.

First column = x axis labels
Second column = grey bar (original installation capacity)
Third column = blue bar (most recent measured capacity)
Fourth column = dotted line (column/2nd column) (Represents % of Original)
Let me know if this is in an appropriate format- this is the first time I've done this. Thank you very much.
Something like this?
Your fourth column makes no sense from a visual design perspective. You cannot use a line chart across wells, especially not if they are sorted alphabetically. Line charts should only be used for temporal relationships. Additionally, the percentage data is already there in the relationship between the bars so adding it again would violate another visual design rule.
