Zoom Charts Issue

Hi,
We have purchased the three visuals for Power BI. They work perfectly but if i want to zoom into a very specific range(E.g 1 month) in order to view the data,
i am not able to show the value as it is.Instead the value gets aggregated.
Kindly help me with this issue.
