Dear friends,
Any one please advise best visual for Project Control Field - Project Data Bar with Actual progress etc.
For Project Control, a Progress Bar with Actual vs Planned %, S-Curve, or Gantt Chart with progress tracking are usually the best choices.
For management reporting, I recommend combining KPI cards + S-Curve to quickly show project health and delays. For the project team, use a Gantt chart with actual progress for detailed tracking.
For project control with actual vs planned progress, a few options worth considering:
Built-in: The native bar chart with a reference line or a bullet chart works fine for simple planned vs actual comparisons. Not the prettiest but gets the job done.
AppSource visuals: The most popular ones for this use caseis Bullet Chart by OKViz (classic planned vs actual
Zebra BI: If you need something more polished and financial-report-style with variance indicators, Zebra BI Tables and Charts are widely used in project control contexts. They're certified and handle plan vs actual really well out of the box.
but actually the best opction is deneb I share my gallery here https://github.com/Juan-Power-bi/Power-Bi-Deneb
