Any one please advise best visual for Project Control Field - Project Data Bar with Actual progress etc.

For Project Control, a Progress Bar with Actual vs Planned %, S-Curve, or Gantt Chart with progress tracking are usually the best choices.

For management reporting, I recommend combining KPI cards + S-Curve to quickly show project health and delays. For the project team, use a Gantt chart with actual progress for detailed tracking.
