Using power BI to Plot data logs

Hi, First post. looking for a visual or a way for the dat i am using  not to be summarized in a line chart. i am trying to plat pressure , tempaturer and % consentration that is sampling 8x per minute and i dont want average, sum or count . i need to enable of find a do not summarize visulation or atribute.

Usually data like this is pushed into a (hybrid) streaming dataset and displayed in a dashboard.
