Showing Matrix values as icons

Hello everyone, 

 

I have the following table of data where each project is linked to 2 categories. Now I want to show the projects as some icons (e.g. circles) in the below format. How do I achieve the same view in Matrix chart in PowerBI? Thanks so much!

    use Conditional Formatting ... Icons  and then choose to only show the icons, and not the values.
