Query regarding Slicer filtration

Query: I have a slicer Test Clycle which consists of multiple ?test cycles and my complete dashboard displays the visuals based on that selected cycle but now i want that when my Power BI report gets opened it shows the data of last 6 cycles only automatically and if i want to select any other cycle than i need to do it manually. Can anyone help how I can achieve it?

Yes, there is daily refresh , Test cycles are depondent on the Months ,like Jan Cycle, Feb Cycle etc...

what happens at the end of the year? are you expecting this "last 6 cycles" to cover both years in january to may ?

What are the data sources of your report? Does the semantic model have a (daily) refresh schedule?  How are the test cycles sorted?
