Problem with custom visuals

Hi experts,

I am using Power BI desktop for report server and I have some problems when I use custom visuals.

These below are the problems I am facing:

1. When I create a chart using a custom visual and I try to use filter, the interaction is slow.

2. Sometimes, the visual does not get update when I change some configurations on format pane.

3. I saved the chart to .pbix file on my local pc then I opened it again and the chart was hung, I also tried uploading to my power bi report server and viewed it there but the chart did not display data.

Anyone ever faced the problems like me? Are there any solutions for that?
