Power BI for Student Transcripts

Does Power Bi offer a way to create a report with parameter for a student transcript, meaning no calculations - much like a list in Report Services or Word document? For example, pass a token from a website to Power Bi Service using the given user ID to pull transcript data into a printable form showing what has been completed, etc.?
