Plotting Individual Dots on Floor Plan and Display Data

Hi Everyone,

Before I go to the problem that I face, allow me to explain a little bit about what I'm trying to do.

Currently what I have is a layout of the floor plan, for example:

And I have a set of data from an Excel file, for example:

This data will be used to mark the zones in the floor plan, the electrical items that are in the zones, and the status of electrical items whether they are switched off (Offline) or switched on (Online). What I try to achieve in Power BI dashboard is, a floor plan that displays the Zones in which every zone has its electrical items (HSE_Item01, HSE_Item02, ...), and shows the status of every item whether they are Offline or Online (thinking about on how to Color Code it as well, as such Offline = Red and Online = Green).

So, from what I have found, Synoptic Designer + Synoptic Panel for Power BI might be suitable visual to:

1) Mark the zones in the floor plan.

2) Plot individual dots in the floor plan (for the location of each electrical item).

For marking the zones in the floor plan, I didn't find much trouble displaying data because it has Tooltips, like this:

(This image is for example only to show Tooltips)

Because when marking areas with Synoptic Designer will enable Tooltips in Synoptic Panel for Power BI.

But for plotting individual dots in the floor plan, what I have done in Synoptic Designer is like this:

So when I put it together in Synoptic Panel for Power BI, the result that I got is this:

It is quite messy because the texts are overlapping. I was wondering if it is possible to use tooltips to overcome this problem because when I try to hover the mouse on the text/dots location, there are no tooltips appear.

Other alternative solutions or visual recommendations are very much welcome as well.

Thank you very much in advance.

That's not what Power BI is for. Use a more appropriate tool that is specidfically designed for building management.
