No Data message when filter has no value to display in visuals

Dear Experts,

please help me , how can I display text No Data when my filters have no matching value to show in the visual. 

I don't use to sum value , I have 4 filters applied and when they all satisfy my visual will display 6 different columns.

@Ayshaauh  just so I understand, if the dim filters don't have corresponding data in fact data, currently they don't display anything but will display the column names (matrix/table) wih no rows. But you desire for power bi to not even show that ( a blank canvas rather) and a simple string called 'No Data'?
