No Data message when filter has no value to display in visuals

Ayshaauh  just so I understand, if the dim filters don't have corresponding data in fact data, currently they don't display anything but will display the column names (matrix/table) wih no rows. But you desire for power bi to not even show that ( a blank canvas rather) and a simple string called 'No Data'?
