Network Navigator asks for PowerBI Service Log-In

Hi,

Prior to the May 2020 update of PowerBI, I could use the Network Navigator custom visual without the need to log-in to the Power BI Service.  When I updated my version to the latest, it suddenly began asking for me to log-in. 

I would just like to ask if this is the case moving forward as a client of mine wishes to run Power BI Desktop in stand-alone PC without internet connection as it has sensitive data that they don't want accessible outside.
