Missing Setting section for custom visual 'Table Sorter'

Hi, 

I have downloaded the custom visual 'Table Sorter', but it seems it missing the whole 'Setting section'. i have compared it to some youtube video that demostaring the visual- as you can see, only the in-app settings are available. all the custom visual settings are missing. Any ideas ?
