Matrix values in column

I would like to replicate this pivot table in power bi matrix table.

Pivot table shows the value field in the row, but with power bi I can't arrange them in the same way.

I specify that those two fields shown in the pivot table are columns in dataset.

 

Is there a way to replicate this without calculated fields? Thank youexample.png
