KPI the number of customers that are down

Hello
I am looking for calculate a KPI the number of customers that are down compared to the same period of the previous year.
Knowing that I calculated the sale N and N-1.
I have a date table
I am also trying to calculate the rate of products sold by contribution to the total of products.
