KPI Grid

I like the KPI Grid (By MAQ Software) for presenting a Balance Sheet. I like the drill down options by clicking on the plus sign.

However I am facing a problem with the hierarchical order. I am adding different levels and for the first level the ordering is going fine, but for the second level it is not working fine. I do not understand how it is sorting on the second level. It is not even using alphabetical order.

I checked the same set up in a standard matrix from Power BI and the matrix is sorting the second level on alphabetical order, but it seems that the KPI Grid by MAQ Software is using a random ordering on that second level.

Could you please help me with this? Or maybe you have another idea for a visual by presenting an balance sheet.

 Hello @AntonC,

Please ensure you follow the below steps to set the sorting order –

  1. Click on the ellipsis of the visual
  2. Click on ‘Sort by’ and select the column on which you want the visual to be sorted.
You can choose from ascending or descending order from the same menu, as shown in the above screenshot.

We were able to sort the data at all levels as shown in following screenshot:

Thanks.
