How to Move Visual header icons

Hello,

In Power BI, the header icons like drill down and drill up always appear in the top-right corner of charts. Is there any way to move or adjust the position of these header icons (for example, to the top-left or center)? If you know how, could you please help?

Currently you can only select which icons to show, or you can hide them all.
