Highlighting Visio visual based on dynamic filter

I would like to display list of customers (side by side view as shown in picture) and the list of products. If a selection has been made either on a specific customer or a product its corresponding products / customers must be highlighted respectively. With the regular tabular or matrix view the dynamic filteration happens by narrowing down the list upon selection but I would like to keep the whole list in the desired side by side view and only highlight the relavant information.

I'm trying to use visio image and map each object to an ID for getting this custom view but I'm happy to learn other means to achieve this layout and filtering. Thank you! Customers of Product 2Products of Customer EFull list of customers and products
