Highlight overlapping values (intersection) from two columns in a visual

Hi, I have two different columns in one table and I am trying to visualise the following three categories in same visual - 
1. unique count of users from column a, 
2. unique count of users from column b, 
3. intersection count (overlapping values) of column a and column b 

 

Can you please help me with it?
