Heat Streams Vertical Scrolling

Heat Streams sometimes does not scroll (vertically) by mouse. Also, is there a way to add vertical scroll button if data won't fit inside the frame? Thanks.

Scrolling works well on my machine in Power BI Desktop March for Report Server.

Can you share your pbix file for furhter investigation?
