Greetings all,
I am in need of a heat map that is NOT regarding Geographical data.
We can create such a thing with R, but that requires R be installed on your computer and a bunch of mapping done. And then once you publish the PBI to the PBI server it won't function because we can't install R on the server to create the image. I'll share an example. It's using some Excel data we created just to generate this image with R. Does anyone know of a heat map methodology we can use for this sort of application that will work on the PowerBI server for anyone with access to see it?
Thanks in advance,
Data Analyst - Scott

I'm not familiar with Power BI Report Server, but there's a custom visual called Plotly that could generate a 3D heatmap that works in desktop and service
