Custom Sort Matrix - Custom Sort Order and Amount

Hi All,

I am trying to sort a matrix where I have 3 "levels" in the row hiearchy. The first 2 levels, I have custom sort order tables built but for the 3rd click down, I want this sorted by amount in descending order. I have one data element in Columns and I have a few filters. Does anyone know if what I am asking is possible? I have created measures and calculated columns but Power BI will not let you sort by either of these and based on the filters, the amounts will change.
