Conditional formatting based on filter selection

hello,

I am trying to find a way that I can base my conditional formatting on a filter selection.

The idea is to grade results using ICONS from conditions formatting, but the issue I have is that I have different parameters for different regions.

I have a reference table that shows for REGION 1 the following parameter:

grade to 5.JPG

Then once a select REGION 2 on the filter, below is the new parameter:

grated to 2.JPG

The total results are displayed on a single RESULTS table like so:

results.JPG

Is there a way that, depending on the REGION filtered, different conditional formatting parameters are applied?

thanks.
