Cannot Update ChicletSlicer to Version 2.1

Hello,

I'm currently facing a problem when trying to update ChicletSlicer visual from version 1.6.3 to newer versions.

I tried downloading from the AppSource at https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA104380756. It retrieves the file "ChicletSlicer1448559807354.2.1.10.0.pbiviz". If I unpack the file and open "package.json", the json tells me its version is 2.1.10.0

The problem is, the moment I import this file to Power BI Desktop through "Import visual from file", I get the following version:

Can you help me with that? Do you think it's a cache issue? I removed the visual from Power BI, restarted the program and tried again importing, but the same version 1.6.3 keeps being installed.

Thanks in advance!

I got an actual response from the Power BI Custom Visuals team at Microsoft — they explained that the current release version is 1.6.3. The newer versions, although published as 2.1, as still in testing grounds, so Power BI automatically downgrades to 1.6.3.
