I am having a hard time creating a chart not sure if a line or bar. I want to display how many tasks are assigned to a resource each sprint. Some tasks do roll into the next sprint. I have my table with the columns, Resource Name, Task Name, Task start_Date, Task Finish_Date. Then the sprint cycle is 2 weeks. We start the new sprint today 6/26/23.
I am getting there but I am lost now, been racking my brain for a couple of hours trying to figure this out. I would like the option to display several resources at once on the chart. Maybe resource name on y axis and sprint cycle start date on x axis.
Sprints are like this: I did create another table to list the sprints.
Sprint Sprint Start Sprint End
Sprint 6/26 | 6/26/2023 | 7/7/2023 |
Sprint 7/10 | 7/10/2023 | 7/21/2023 |
Sprint 7/24 | 7/24/2023 | 8/4/2023 |
Sprint 8/7 | 8/7/2023 | 8/18/2023 |
Sprint 8/21 | 8/21/2023 | 9/1/2023 |
Sprint 9/4 | 9/4/2023 | 9/15/2023 |
Sprint 9/18 | 9/18/2023 | 9/29/2023 |
Sprint 10/2 | 10/2/2023 | 10/13/2023 |
Sprint 10/16 | 10/16/2023 | 10/27/2023 |
Sprint 10/30 | 10/30/2023 | 11/10/2023 |
