Content Pack

We have had a user within our large organization publish a content pack for company use.  The user who created this account has left the company some time ago and his ID has been deleted.  Is there a way to delete or take ownership of this content pack as it no longer works and many customers continue to click the broken content pack?

@ckkid12 You will most likely need to open a service ticket and ask Microsoft for assistance. I am not aware of any way to resurrect an account...
