Constantly asked to "Rate power BI" despite already having done so

As title suggests

When attempting to provide feedback for the second time after dismissing it so many times before, it says I've already provided feedback previously and my recent submission would not be counted

How can I disable this??

Thank you for confirming. We appreciate your feedback.

The 'What you think' survey popup appears after 90 days once signed in user closes it. If user is working in community without sign in by using private window, survey popup does not have a way to know that user has closed it already.

Please let us know if you are working in private browser without signing in.

The below box pops up up on any page I have open within the community.powerbi.com site. Can confirm it is still doing it today
