Cancel PowerBI account / Remove my card details

Hi, I used PowerBI for 2 months using my professional address but with my personnal credit card and I have been trying to find a way to delete this subscription for 3 months now > IMPOSSIBLE. I got lost for hours in your multiple microsoft account management but in summary : I cannot remove my card because I'm not the company's admin and on the company's admin side, he cannot find my susbcription / card details. But I still get a mail sending me an invoice every month. Could you help me with that ?
