Requesting a voucher

What is the offer? 

For a limited time, the Microsoft Fabric Community team will be offering 5,000 free DP-600 exam vouchers to eligible Fabric Community members. Exams must be scheduled and taken by December 31, 2024.

What are the eligibility criteria?    

• Join the Fabric Community if you haven't already.
• Not already be a Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600).
• Register for and complete all modules in the Microsoft Learn Challenge | Ignite Edition: Fabric Challenge. 
• Do not submit your request form before completing the challenge your or request will be denied.
• Be confident that you can take and pass exam DP-600 by December 31, 2024.
• Agree to these terms and conditions.

How can I request a free exam voucher for DP-600?

The URL to request your free voucher is https://aka.ms/iamready/dp600. Supplies are limited and the form closes on December 10th, or when supplies are gone.

Receiving and using a voucher

When and how will I receive my exam voucher?

If you are eligible, vouchers will be distributed starting on November 25th. Vouchers will be sent to you via a private message (PM) in the Microsoft Fabric Community. We cannot tell you when your specific voucher will be sent. Vouchers supplies are limited.

How do I redeem my voucher? 

All redemption details will be included in the private message you will receive in the Microsoft Fabric Community. You can also review these voucher redemption instructions.

When does the voucher expire? 

You must use the exam voucher to schedule your exam and take the exam by December 31, 2024. The expiration date cannot be extended.

How will I know if I wasn’t eligible? 

We will PM everyone who submits a request to let them know if they are eligible or not by December 11, 2024.

Issues and fixes

What if I am having an issue submitting the form / the form won’t submit?

If you're filling the form from a non-US locale, please manually select your country in the country dropdown. We're seeing issues where country spellings include an accent, and unfortunately our form does not accept that. 

How do I find my Microsoft Learn username?

Visit https://aka.ms/iamready/learnusername. Be sure to provide us with your username. We cannot accept display names.

‼️If you submitted the wrong username, please fill out this form with the correct information. We will be matching requests based on Fabric Community user id- so that cannot change.

What if I have finished the challenge and my status isn't showing complete?

Email us at fabric-ready@microsoft.com with 1) your Fabric username and 2) a screenshot of your completed collection or your completion email.

If you submitted the wrong username, please fill out this form with the correct information. We will be matching requests based on Fabric Community user id- so that cannot change.

Scheduling exams

I'm having issues related to scheduling the exam, signing in/registering, or the certification dashboard?

Please reach out to the MCP forum for support by following the steps below. 

1. Go to https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/mcp/forum 
2. Select “Ask Question” link on the top of the page, which will lead you to Create a new question or start a discussion.

I have 100% completed all (11) the modules required for Microsoft Learn Challenge | Ignite Edition: Fabric Challenge.

However in "where you stand", it shows only 9/11 even after 24 hours. 

May I request your support here to get this issue fixed. Thank you!

Good day,

I redeemed the voucher and set the schedule today(Pearson Vue). Unfortunately, the test experience didn't go well. The proctor always says my video feed is cutting off. I had stable internet during the exam and passed all the system tests before taking the exam.

I tried to create a new schedule but the voucher is not valid. I don't know what the next step will be.

You have reached the maximum number of Microsoft Certification exams that can be scheduled. After you take (or cancel) one of these exams, you can register for another.

I am a Microsoft trainer, and I actively promoted this program to my students. Many of them participated in the program but have also not received their vouchers. This has raised concerns among them, and I would like to ensure they receive the support they deserve.

I had emailed at the above email and at 6pm PST, I got email response that I will get voucher code in my mail in next 24 hrs. But then 1-2hrs later, I got another mail from same address as automatic reply message that which i got in starting that "Thank you for your email.

I would like to confirm if this program is still active so that I can inform my students about participating. Many of them are eager to take advantage of this opportunity, and I want to ensure the program is still ongoing before encouraging them to join.

Hi I fixed my username and signed up on the 19th, can I be told if I am not going to get a voucher? I can't do the exam during the holidays and december 11ths->20th is barely enough time. I do not want to waste time studying for something I am not going to get a voucher for.

I got a message saying my voucher cannot be sent without completing the ignite challenge and re-submitting my user details. 

I've definitely completed the ignite challenge and resubmitted my user details, but not received a free voucher yet. Can someone assist please?

And I was asked to email at fabric-ready@microsoft.com regarding it. I have sent my learn username,Fabric username and screenshot of completed Learn plans but because of some issue, it is not being shown on challenge page.

Hope to get a reply back and Fabric exam voucher code.
