Hi @jawa

The error you're encountering indicates that there's a server-side issue preventing your request from being processed. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this problem:
1. Refresh the page, a simple refresh might solve temporary glitches on the client side.
2. Clear browser cache, clearing your browser cache could help if the issue is related to cached data.
3. Try Another Browser/Incognito Mode, sometimes, issues can be specific to certain browsers. Try using another browser or incognito mode to see if the problem persists.
4. Re-login, logging out of the application and then logging back in can sometimes reset sessions and clear up transient issues.
5. Check Network Connection, ensure that your network connection is stable and not causing intermittent issues.

Best Regards

Hi @v-zhengdxu-msft ,

i am also getting the same issue, the troubleshooting steps I tried initially didn’t resolve the issue. Do you have any other suggestions? Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Refreshed the page and cleared my browser cache.
  2. Used incognito mode and tried different browsers.
  3. Logged out and back in.
  4. Checked my network connection.

If there are any additional steps or specific backend logs I should review, please let me know. Thanks for your help!

Best regards,
Saharsh Jain

@1221jainsaharshI forgot to update this thread. But for me it just suddenly started working.

It is probably Microsoft beeing a bit opaque about the the rollout strategy and stability in different regions
