Hi,
Received this notification message on one of my reflex items - Your data has become outdated before processing could complete due to technical processing errors. As a result, your trigger has been stopped. Please reach out to our support team for assistance.
I then also get this message in the properties section - Data Activator is preparing your data. In most cases, you should see your data in a few minutes. Otherwise, please contact support.

Hi @CarlBlunck ,
Please check if you have been subjected to an email containing an error code? The error code information in it may help.
Also based on the information you've provided, I have a feeling it may be because your data structure changed during your alert run, causing Data Activator to not query your dataset properly. Please check to see if your data structure remains intact and if it has changed, delete the existing trigger and recreate it.
Best Regards,
Dino Tao
