Stopped receiving data In data activator
- Anonymous2 years ago
Hi Sagarv1811 ,
First, it's important to check if you've received any email alerts from Data Activator containing error codes. These codes can provide specific insights into what might have gone wrong. Although your semantic model still refreshes normally and you can still view reports normally, there is still a possibility that your semantic model has updated its permissions or structure, which causes Data Activator to be unable to recognize your semantic model, resulting in an interruption.
You can find detailed explanations for each error code in the Data Activator troubleshooting documentation:
Troubleshooting errors in Data Activator - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
If you are connecting to Eventstream, please verify that the connection between your Eventstream (if used) and the Data Activator reflex hasn't been disrupted. This could happen if the Eventstream was deleted or its connection to Data Activator was removed.
And regarding your question about changing the time to Eastern Standard Time (EST) at the bottom, Data Activator currently does not provide direct documentation on adjusting time zone settings within the interface. However, considering that the time zone of Power BI Service is related to the regional settings of the browser you are using and the regional settings of your computer system, the settings of Data Activator should be the same as those of Power BI Service. So please make sure that your data time zone setting, browser language locale setting and computer system locale setting are all set to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Best Regards,
Dino Tao
