Previously, the activator message supported composite keys, allowing multiple column values to be included. The current implementation targets only a single column. Is there still a way to include values from multiple columns in the activator message?

As far as I know Activator currently only supports conditions on single columns.
You can include additional columns in email/teams notifications as contex however.

You can combine streams together to do this type of composite rule detection: Combine Multiple eventstreams in Activator Rule - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
Alternatively, you can combine the composites in the source and evaluate the rule on the combined column
