Can any one tell me what is this error. My manager says that we get this same mail atleast 100 per day. He have no idea why he get this.

This error means that the Teams service principal is blocked in your tenant.

Somewhere your manager has set up an Activator object to send notifications, and that activator object is attempting to send a teams message, but because the service principal is blocked, Fabric Activator has no permissions to send messages in teams.

Thank you for reaching out to the Fabric community. This issue typically occurs when the Activator rule tries to send notifications to Teams, but the Teams action is either not set up correctly or is disabled.
Because the rule remains active and triggers frequently, it fails and sends these emails. You can review this by going to Fabric Activator, Manage rules and either correcting the Teams action or disabling the rule if it’s no longer required.
