I have isolated the issue to when 14 columns are expanded in the matrix it fails. If you collapse the matrix to 13 columns, then the export runs fine.
Anonymous is this being investigated as an open issue, or should I raise a ticket?
Note - this was previoulsy working fine for the past 9 months or so, and now is not working.
