We are having an issue with our report page tooltips where they aren't filtering the numbers based on where we are hovering or by slicers on the page. Anyone else having this issue?

So creating new ones isn't an issue -- it's like our current ones encountered a glitch. After the issue, I recreated them from scratch and they worked fine. But that isn't feasible for us to do everytime they stop working across all our reports.
