Publishing report with same name to workspace returns error
Message reads:
Couldn't publisn to Power BI
An error occurred while attempting to publish "xxxx": Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
I has this problem about a year ago already and it was fixed back then but now it's coming up again. I'm the owner of both report version by the way.

Status changed:NewtoInvestigatingWhen cannot publish to Power BI Service, you can consider:
- Your local network works fine
- You have signed in the corresponding accounts in Power BI Desktop to publish reports to the workspaces in Power BI Service
- Try to publish to different workspaces to check it again
- Sometime it could be a temporary issue in Power BI Service server that you can try to publish reports in other time ranges to check it again
