Thanks for the information. Currrently could be confirmed from the information:

  1. It only happens in the specific matrix visual in the specific column
  2. Rename column name in the visual directly from 'Daily Extended Detail Order Weight' to 'Extended Detail Order Weight' could not mitigate this issue
  3. Rename column name to 'Weight' could load data normally

 

In addition, which data source you are connecting to in this report and how about the data size in the report
