P_Allert , I just identified the same issue with my Power BI windows. Whenever I move the cursor over an edge of the underlying main screen, it loses focus for a bit, and this can remove focus from text areas, drop things you're dragging, etc.
I also noticed that this will occur even if it is another instance of Power BI.
And the kicker -- This happens when that other instance is on another virtual desktop. That one took me a while to discover!
