Power BI Embedded - cannot publish report - error 404

I am unable to publish larger reports into Power BI Embedded - always getting error 404 (not found). Very frustrating!!!

Seems that this got resolved by changing the Embedded instance size from A1 to A2. Doesn't really give any indication of the error...
