Advocate III always try to install from MS Store or enable auto-update, so that you always have the latest version. But this release is the perfect example why it's good to *not* auto-update. I have since downgraded to v2.140.1577.0 x64 and everything is working again. Archive version located here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/fundamentals/desktop-latest-update-archive?tabs=powerbi-desktop (labelled as 2.140.1078.0) and filename PBIDesktopSetup-2025-02_x64.exe. FWIW I am also running on ARM64.
