Hi everyone!
Since this morning (or even earlier) we can't open reports in the Power BI service. We keep getting this error:

I hope someone can help.

K4bal You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET". - K4balFrequent Visitor
Thank you Greg_Deckler for the tip! I'll try my best there

same issue

I just had a conversation with the Power BI support and they told me that this is an analysis engine error but they are working on fixing it.
- mookje77Regular Visitor
so we should just wait in your opinion?
- K4balFrequent Visitor
unfortunately yes. There is nothing we can do about this ourselves.

Hi K4bal
Can you open your reports on Service normally now ? I have not seen a similar known issue so far .

Anonymous Oh and the Power BI Pro support told me that it is an issue due to an analysis engine error. Maybe this helps you with your investigation.
Thank you!

Hi everyone.
I am also experiencing the same issue and it has affected most of my reports. If support gets back to you then please keep us posted! K4bal
All the reports affected by this error have connections to Azure SQL and Salesforce if that helps at all. I have a report that is connected to SharePoint Lists that is in the same workspace and does not have this error.
