Export from visual to excel not working

I am trying to export data from a visual on the service. It says the export was successful, but it brings up no excel or csv file to view. It also doesn't give me the option to save a file. It worked two days ago.

    I have tested on my side, it works well.

    if you could test it by another browser? and if you could test in another report?

    I have a user that has the same problem.  THey are using the app to access the report and the export says it completes and there is no file presented and no file created in their download folder.

    My users have the same issue. I have discovered that when a report link is embedded into the app it doesn't actually download the export, but still shows as "successful".

    It would help us out a lot if Microsoft could either fix the problem or completely disallow the export from embedded links.
