error message AS PROCESS PID

Thanks for your response.

I already read the the doc related for the starting Power BI, it's the same issue.

When I stard PBI desktop, nothing happen, and i see this error message '' AS Process PID=17724 has exited with ExitCode=0, ExitTime...''

I have an HP with this configurator :

Window 10 enterprise

Processor : intel core i7 @2.30 ghz

ram : 16 Go

I allready desinstall and re-install PBI desktop and office 2016.

I'm confuse and i don't know ow to solve this issue. 

Please help me.
