Dynamic Header in Textbox does not work properly

We are facing the issue from Today with the dynamic title of Textbox on the Power BI Web.
The title is a DAX formula that shows content which depends on the selection of the report. 
Example: Title = (

         SWITCH(
                       TRUE(),
                        ISFILTERED('table1'[column1]),
                        "Display text for "&SELECTEDVALUE('table1'[column1]),
                        ISFILTERED('table2'[column2]),
                        "Display text for "&SELECTEDVALUE('table2'[column2]),
                         ISFILTERED('table3'[column3]),
                        "Display text for "&SELECTEDVALUE('table3'[column3])
          )

When a report is opened on the Web, the Title is blank, when you select some visuals, it shows title for previous selection like for instance: if I selected 'table1'[column1], and then 'table2'[column2]. The title looks like this   "Display text for 'table1'[column1]".
Everything works fine on the Desktop Version: 2.74.5619.621 64-bit (October 2019).
Has been there any upgrade on textbox functionality?
Please, help us to resolve this issue as all reports are impacted but should be used on a daily bases.

    We also noticed a similar problem with dynamic headers in a TextBox (i.e. setting Title Text, Format by Field value, set to a DAX measure or even a field column). When the user selects a value in the slicer, the text is not properly updated in the text box. This problem does NOT occur in the Desktop, and was not a problem in PBI service until recently (we first noticed the problem in PBI service a bit before Oct 22, 2019).

    When you switch Province using the slicer, the Text box is NOT updated properly. The same measure or column is properly updated in the Card. If you open this report in the desktop, everything works fine. 

     

    The test report was created with the Sep 2019 version of Power BI Desktop. 

     

    Up until recently, this worked fine in Power BI service. Did the behaviour or functionality change on the service?
