Hello,
We are quite in the same situation. In nov 2019 we swichted several reports to Dataflows, as it was a clean and efficient solution to share the result of queries and to avoid maintaining copies of queries in different .pbix files...
It would be difficult to get back to the original solution.
Maybe the issue is linked to the following problem which occured on 5 feb 2020 https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Dataflows-Connecting-to-Sharepoint-Online-Files/idc-p/945430/highlight/true#M53946,
