The information panel for the report in the lower right corner of the Power BI user interface failed to update the last refresh date/time while the report was in full screen. The report itself continued to refresh and update visuals as normal, however this timestamp remained static.
When exiting full screen mode, the timestamp immediately updated to the correct date/time.
