BUG: opening file with not active relation

I'm trying to open a .pbix file but I get an error like "SecurityFilterBehavior can't be on BothDirections when the relation is not Active" between two columns of two tables. Then PowerBI returns...

Did you create this pbix file? Does it open on other people's computers with the same prompt?
Maybe you can turn off Automatic relationship updates in options and then open the pbix file again.
