Attribute Slicer not rendering results

happening to me too and it's really annoying. I'm surprised I don't see more comments on this.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. Do you use the 2.59.5135.601 version of Power BI Desktop? How do you search text in the attribute slicer?

Yes, the version is 2.59.5135.601 32-bit (June 2018)

Yes, text can be searched. However, try a search, clear it and try another one, repeat a couple of times as necessary (especially on a large list). It consistently goes into a spinning loop indicating that it can't finish the search.

When I search a text, clear the text, it can't finish the clear in the slicer, do you get same issue as mine?

Please update your Power BI Desktop to July release, the issue has been fixed in the July version.
