Anyone experiencing connection service issues today?

I am unable to publish today. Even attempted a small test.pbix.

Issue seems mysteriously resolved this evening.
It publishes now...
These are desktop created reports and published from there. Here is the error that was occurring.
Datasource is direct import from Azure SQL Server.
Dataset is exclusive to the report and not sourced from a workspace separate from target.
Premium capacity with lots of extra space. The reports are not pushing the limits either.... 100mb to 200 mb.
